Pricing Examples
At Suburban Landscaping we know that your dream landscape is possible to build, but most clients are unsure what the costs would be to build it. To assist our customers in preparing a budget for their landscaping, we have provided some general price guidelines for our different services. Please remember that these prices are examples.

| Brick Notes: | Patio prices are less per square foot for larger patios because of reduced setup and material delivery. Removal of existing items in the patio are will increase the costs. Sidewalk and patio prices are less when combined together. |

| Spade Edging Example #4 | Spade edging existing beds with a trained crew and spade shovels. This is a natural edging option with no materials. Debris is generated and is disposed of properly. $120 Minimum. Set price quotes are available. | $40 Per Man Hour |

Sod & Seed |

| Sod & Seed Notes: | There are many seed types available with many different germination rates. We only use the highest quality seeds at recommended rates. Hill sides will require staking for sod, or matting for seed, both are extra. |

Residential Lawn Maintenance |

| Mowing | Weekly mowing service for mid-April through October. Billed monthly, same day service each week. String trimming around obstacles and blowing off clippings from sidewalks and driveways included. | $28 Per Week And Up |

Full Service Maintenance Program |
This 8-month program is billed monthly and includes the following services: Lawn Mowing, Fertilization, Bed Weeding, Leaf Clean Ups, Shrub Trimming, and Lawn Weed Control. Call for custom programs. | $225 Per Month And Up |
| Shrub Trimming | Formal or Natural style, Debris disposal included, $120 Minimum | $40 Per Man Hour |
| Bed Weeding |
Hand weeding of the beds by crew trained in the difference between weeds and plants. Scheduled as an on-call service, or once per month service May-October. Weeds are removed by the roots. |

| Leaf Clean-Ups | Spring or Fall. Blowing debris out of all planting beds, removal of all annuals, and perennial tops, and 2" final mowing of the lawn to prevent matting of the turf. All debris removed and properly disposed. $120 Minimum. |

| Gutter Cleaning | Screens on the gutters are extra, washing the gutters is extra, and taller roof lines raise the price. |

| Aeration | Vertical coring is used (best kind), 14 cores per square foot or more. Cores left on lawn to decompose (beneficial to the lawn). | $70 And Up |
| Dethatching / Power Raking | Includes thatch clean-up and disposal of all debris. No thatch is left on the lawn. | $175 And Up |
| Fertilizing | Granular and liquid applications. 4 step or 6 step application programs available. Service programs are tailored to your lawn. Soil tests are axtra if requested. | $50 And Up |
| Lawn Weed Control | Liquid applications by licensed technicians. All chemicals are safe for kids and pets. Flags are left in the lawn after application. | $50 And Up |
| Mulching | Double processed, premium shredded hardwood mulch, dark brown. Larger quantities reduces price per yard. Minimum 3 yards. | $80 Per Yard Or Less |

| Landscape Lighting | Installing new low-voltage landscape lighting project. High quality Kichler lighting products are used, solar lights are available as well. Minimum is waived if in conjunction with other installation projects. | $2,000 Minimum |
| Lawn Irrigation |
Installation of new lawn irrigation system. |

| Wood Deck Construction | Installing a new wood deck project. Other services such as pergolas, gazebos, and trellises are available as well. Minimum is waived if in conjunction with other installation projects. | $4,000 Minimum |
| Outdoor Kitchen | Installing a new outdoor kitchen project. Usually includes the built-in stainless steel grill or other premium elements. Package type installation or custom built are both available. Minimum is waived if in conjunction with other installation projects. | $4,000 Minimum |
| Repairs | Repairs out of warranty or repairs of work installed by another contractor. | $65 Per Man Hour |
Meet with an maintenance estimator or landscape designer today and know exactly what your project would cost. Estimates are free, in writing, detailed and complete. Estimates can also be broken into stages to fit your budget or time frame. Suburban Landscaping also offers several financing methods as well.
Valparaiso Indiana Service Market Opens
Suburban Landscaping is proud to announce in August 2009 the opening of the Valpariaso Branch service area. We are now providing our usual high quality service to the markets of Valparaiso, Chesterton, Hobart, Lake of Four Seasons, Portage, and Michigan City from this location.
Please feel free to inquire about service for your vacation home, rental properties, or business in these areas. We are now offering full service to these markets including lawn maintenance and landscaping. Snow removal is scheduled to begin for the Valparaiso market in 2013.
